Nothing Is Shipped

Luna Violet sells digital readings only. There is no physical product, no packaging and no postage, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses and no customs or import duties. If you were expecting something in the mail, nothing has gone wrong.

How Your Reading Arrives

Your chart is calculated in your browser as soon as you submit your birth details, and the reading is written while the chart animation plays. In normal conditions the whole thing takes under a minute, and it appears on screen as soon as it is ready.

You can then download it as a PDF, or have it emailed to you. Emailed readings usually arrive within a few minutes - if one does not, check your spam folder first, then contact us.

What You Receive

• Free Snapshot - free. A personalized PDF reading, typically 6–8 pages, yours to keep.
• The Moon Mirror - $27. A personalized PDF reading, typically 8–10 pages, yours to keep.

Page counts are typical lengths, not guarantees - a reading's length varies with how much your chart actually has to say in each area. Subscriptions deliver a fresh report each billing period for as long as the subscription is active.

The Free Snapshot is one reading per day, counted against your own calendar day and reset at your local midnight. It is free every day, for as long as you want it. Paid readings are not rationed this way: an unlock is available the moment you buy it, however many you have already read that day. If a reading fails to generate, it does not count against your day - and a paid unlock is returned to your account rather than spent.

If Something Goes Wrong

We will always put these right. Contact us if:

• You paid but no reading was generated, or the page errored out and you were charged.
• Your reading never arrived and is not in your account or your spam folder.
• The PDF is corrupted or will not open.
• You were charged twice for the same reading.
• The reading was generated for obviously wrong birth details that you entered correctly.

In any of those cases we will regenerate the reading or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Because a reading is written for one person and delivered immediately, we cannot un-deliver it, and we do not offer refunds simply because a reading did not resonate. Astrology is interpretive, and we would rather be honest about that up front than imply a guarantee we cannot keep.

That said, we would rather you were not out of pocket over something you are unhappy with. If you are dissatisfied with a reading, email us within 14 days of purchase and tell us why, and we will consider a refund as a goodwill matter. Faults of the kind listed above are always refunded and are not discretionary.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

By starting a reading you ask us to begin providing it immediately, and you acknowledge that once the reading has been generated and delivered any statutory cooling-off right in respect of that digital content is lost. This does not affect your statutory rights where a reading is faulty or not as described.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access for the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods, and reports already delivered remain yours.
